Our service is built around three core elements:
Exploring career options and helping you to build clarity around your ideal role, what this could be, and how it fits with your professional experience & personal goals.
Developing a personal brand that is clear, compelling and memorable, including your verbal narrative, CV, LinkedIn profile and personal website (where appropriate).
Mastering the art of career networking as a tool to help you uncover opportunities that would otherwise remain hidden.

I start with a different approach.
For most people, the old way of just sending out CVs to headhunters and applying for jobs just doesn't work.
There's a better way of doing this. One that is more focused and more likely to get results.
My approach is based on developing a career goal that suits you at this stage in your career, building a strong and effective personal brand that neatly summarises who you are and what you represent, and learning how to uncover new opportunities by building and leveraging a stronger personal network.
I believe in you. As your coach my job is to help you develop the skills that you need in order to succeed, to encourage and motivate you, and to give you the confidence that you can achieve your goals. These skills will stand you in good stead for many years to come.
Above all I care. Your success matters to me. I won't give up and I will do everything I can to support you in this journey.
