I love what I do.

I work with senior executives, usually in the latter stages of their career, who’ve reached an impasse or an inflection point. They’re wrestling with one major challenge: 

“what on earth am I going to do in the next stage of my career, and how am I going to get there?”

Over the course of my executive search career I must have encountered thousands of executives struggling with this problem. Now, in my second career, working as a career transition coach, I can make a real difference helping senior executives embrace their next career stage.

I work closely with some great clients, senior executives who have already had a successful career in one area and are now looking to employ their skills and experience doing something different. I see it as my role to challenge some of your assumptions, to help you think differently about your core purpose, your story, and your network. None of this is easy, but working with the right career coach can make it a more fulfilling and rewarding experience.

Over the course of 30 years working with top-level executives and companies all over the world, I’ve often challenged the old ways of working and created new businesses to put those ideas into practice. 

Today I’m challenging the assumptions about late-stage career transition for senior executives and taking a different approach to the old-fashioned executive outplacement service.
